The good times are killing me

That moment half way through the month when you are writing a check or your email, that you realize, “Wow! It’s already {insert month and date}.” You make small talk with the people surrounding you, bonding over the fact that time slips through your fingers quicker than you care to realize.

And then that moment, when you are alone: showering, eating, or about ready to close your eyes and let sleep and dreams suffocate you, when you take that deep breath and realize time doesn’t move any faster or slower than you allow it.

You can watch the hands…
tick
tick
tick

Closer to what you’re waiting for, what you’re dreading, what you’re avoiding, what you’re anticipating.

What are efforts are you making, to get precisely where you want to be at the exact time you want to be there?

  1. Are those various types of fancy lamps in the middle of the forrest? Is that like the world's shittiest Ikea? That was a lame joke, sorry.

Hey, this Matt Swanson from photogenic days. I am Dr. Kenneth Noisewater, and I've been blogging for years and years. I'll read for sure. I post about every other day, so check me out.

Keep up the art and posting!
